At Marin Bikes, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unridden bikes or unused gear within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
