Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your Marin Bikes order and experience.

How are Marin bikes delivered and do they require assembly?

All bikes are shipped via specialized freight in a secure bike box. They arrive 85% assembled; you will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every purchase.

What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For bicycles, the bike must not have been ridden outdoors. Please note that return shipping fees for full-size bikes are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Does my Marin bike come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, every Marin frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. Components such as suspension forks, brakes, and drivetrains are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, typically ranging from one to two years.

Can I finance my purchase?

We offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm at checkout. This allows you to split your purchase into monthly installments. Approval is subject to a standard credit check during the payment process.

How do I determine the correct frame size for my height?

Each model page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring your height and inseam to match against our geometry charts. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship directly to customers within the Continental United States and Canada. For international inquiries, please use our 'Dealer Locator' to find an authorized Marin Bikes distributor in your specific country.
